To comply with the RESNET Continuing Education requirements for Raters of 18 hours every three years GWS will be offering this two day course consisting of:

Part 1 (6 hours) HVAC

1. An overview of the Manual J 8th Edition software program (Elite software).
2. How to read a load calculation report. 
3. Basics of equipment selection.
4. How to design a duct system.
5. Overview of the ANSI HVAC Quality Installation Standard.
6. Static Pressure, Delta T readings and what they tell us.

Part 2 (2 hours)

1. Business Management
2. Communication
3. Ethics

Part 3 (2 hours)

1. Federal Program Qualifications

Part 4 (8 hours)

1. Advanced Diagnostics
2. Grading of insulation according to the RESNET Standards
3. Hands on use of infrared for air and insulation inspections
