Sales Training

GWS has traditionally helped builders achieve a higher standard of energy efficiency, performance and quality in their homes. We determined that in order for our clients to receive the benefits of these practices, we needed to help them sell and market these amenities to the consumer.GWS developed a comprehensive training program to teach builder sales consultants to sell the benefits of increased energy efficiency to the buyer. We also assist builders in hosting realtor events to provide training on marketing and selling energy efficiency.

Utility Incentive Program Support

Utility incentive programs are an important component to builder's energy efficiency initiatives. GWS tracks which utilities are offering incentives to builders for building to the Energy Star Program or other national above code programs. We support our builders by providing them with valuable marketing support that allows them to receive the largest number of incentives possible. We can provide consulting services on the utility request for proposals or turnkey development of these proposals on behalf of our clients. In addition, we back up our builders in these programs by providing administrative support for submittingtheir houses and tracking performance milestones for the builders to ensure they are meeting the incentive program goals.

Awards Programs

GWS works with builders to achieve recognition for the energy efficient programs that builders are employing in the construction and operation of their homes. We believe there is real value in the ability of our builders to advertise that they are an "award winning energy efficient builder." Therefore, we provide consulting services to our builders to prepare awards submittals to Energy Efficient National Awards programs to help them receive this recognition. GWS builders have received Four National Association of Home Builders Energy Value Housing Awards.
