Kelly Parker, P.E., President - Guaranteed Watt Saver Systems, Inc. (GWS) is a Professional Engineer in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas currently. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a certified HERS rater. He is a member of the RESNET Board of Directors and currently serves as RESNET President. Over the past several years, Kelly has become an active champion of environmentally responsible building practices and has held numerous training sessions on the application of building science principles in everyday construction.

Donney Dorton, IECC Plans Examiner, LEED A.P., HERS QA, GWS National Programs Director and Energy Rating Quality Control Manager, is a HERS Certified Rater, LEED Accredited Professional and is HERS QA Certified. Donney has a BS in Math and an MS in Education from North Western Oklahoma State University. He has become a Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Rater for Residential Energy Star Certification and is also a RESNET Quality Assurance / Rater Trainer.  Donney is a Certified IECC Commercial Plans Examiner and a leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. Donney certified the first LEED-H home in the Nation.

Rogge Miller, CMC, CIEC, Environmental and Building Science Consultant GWS (AmIAQC certified) , is a LEED Accredited Professional, HERS Certified Rater, Certified Residential Energy Plans Examiner/Inspector, Certified Microbial Consultant and has a Master’s Certification for Environments for Living.
