History
Guaranteed Watt Saver Systems, Inc., (GWS) opened its doors in 1977 under the direction of Tracy Bass. Bass is currently the President of the Eastern Region of GWS located in North Carolina. In 1986, Smart House Consultants, under the direction of new owner Kelly Parker, P.E., joined GWS to develop nationwide dealerships.
